(Health Info Tips) -- Your heart time, is the amount of times your heart beats for each minute, say the American Heart Association. Your heart speed can be determined at your wrist, in the interior your elbow, on the side of your neck or at top of your foot.
For an exact reading, put your finger on your Heart and count up the number of beats in one minute. When you are sleeping, your heart rate should usually between 60 and 100 beats per minute. If your pulse is very high or low, inform your doctor.
